Lea Valley Ride

Ride Leader – Chris Kendrick
Meeting at the Viewtube at 10am (or earlier for breakfast!), departing at 10:15am. Arriving back at Viewtube early afternoon.
A 40 mile round trip cycle up to the Lee Valley Regional Authority Park, taking in Walthamstow Marsh and the River Lea / Lea Navigation Canal , with a refreshment stop at The Crown, Broxbourne and also a look in at the Lee Valley White Water Rafting Centre.
I intend to bring a sandwich lunch, but the last time I was at The Crown they seemed fairly relaxed in terms of turn-up-lunchers.  My recommendation is that you at least bring a few snacks in case lunch here is not possible.
