28miles through villages of Morton, Fyfield, Willingale, Blackmore and Stondon Massey on quiet lanes.
Interesting features include the enigma of the twin churches of Willingale.
Lunch stop at the Bricklayers Armes, Stondon Massey.
Meet at the Parisienne Cafe at Leytonstone Station at 9.30am
and take the tube to Epping, where the ride will both start and end.
